Dedicated Tuning Maps for every sensor

SNYDER's most advance Tuning Chip uses PCPTS (a Parallel Channel Processing Technology System), where evey sensor is controlled independedly and in Real-Time.
No matter if it is an 1CH system or a 5CH system, all sensor channels are controlled simultaneously, even on the most modern and demanding engine types.

Auto Sensing System
Extra Power, Less Fuel

With SNYDER's Auto Sensing System, the chip gathers all engine's parametres and when an extra load state is detected, it provides the necessary amount of power needed to cover the extra requested load from the driver.
When no extra load is detected, the chip seamlessly and dynamicaly changes to less fuel maps. This is how the less fuel consumption is achieved together, but not simultaneously, with the extra perfromance.

Exclusive car Specs Auto Learning

Every car differs from the next one, even just after coming out from the manufacturers production line. Imagine the differences after 100K km.
SNYDER's Specs-Auto-Learning technology is there to gather all the small exclussive differations of the car's engine
After learning and memorising the combustion cycles, it changes the tuning maps accordingly to best fit the engine.

 Engine Protection is always in alert

When an unexpeted ECU signal is detected, Engine Protection is there to take action and prevent any overload, on the spot. 
Of course, car's main ECU safety shields and Air/Fuel ratios are totaly unaffected by the chip and therefore there is nothing to worry about.

Customize it as you want

SNYDER's advanced chip may either have a keypad or jumper control unit, where the driver may select the desired level of applied power. 

UnDetectable and completely reversible

After uninstalling the harness of the SNYDER's chip, the car is back to the original specifications of the manufacturer and nothing can be detected by an OBD diagnostic. 

Harness Installation on Engine sensors

SNYDER's chips are connected directly on selected sensors of the engine (not on the OBD diagnostic port) in order to gather all necessary signal information, process it and then send it bacl to the engine to enable improved performance.

Fuel efficiency with better performance

The technology included in the SNYDER's chips, is cable to reduce consumption of up to 15%, as the increased performance will enable driver to move in lower engine rev range and in lower gear ratios.

Duration of Installation

All SNYDER's chips come pre-configured with the best tuning map per car engine and with the best setting to immediately start using it. No extra programming is needed from the driver's side.
Depending on the vehicle, the duration of installation might take up to 1 hour.

Transfer the chip to another car

SNYDER's chips can be reprogram to be used in another car (taking into consideration some necessary terms and limitations) and together with a new harness for the new car, the driver continues to enjoy extra performance after vehicle change.
This very important feature helps the driver to save the invested amount for more.

The electronic board of the chips is epoxy resin coated, making it very durable in difficult weather conditions while protects it in the best possible way, from moisture.

Unaffected engines emission values

An additional advantage of the SNYDER's chips is that it is fully complied with the vehicle's emission values of the manufacturer. This is even more advantageous for the vehicles without DPF, as under the commands of the chip, the fuel is used 100% efficiently and there are no diesel particles concerns.

ECU’s A/F Maps and Safety Shields

Manufacturer's ECU of the car remains intact in every way,
This means that Air/Fuel Maps and all Safety Shields are in full function, as per vehicle's manufacturer's designs, protecting the engine from any undesired and out of range signal.

Suitable for vehicles with high mileage

Provided that the car is very-well maintened and without modifications of any kind on the original state of the production car, SNYDER's chips are fully suitable to inrease the performance of the engine.

Can DTE’s PowerControl be turned ON/OFF?

Yes, simply via the keypad, DTE’s PowerControl can be switched on & off as needed.

Is it possible for my car to smoke excessively?

No, DTE’s PowerControl optimizes the air & fuel ratio and not only the amount of fuel injected, but also the quantity thereof as well as the AFR’s (air to fuel ratio’s). This ensures a balanced air to fuel ratio throughout the entire RPM range as well as very low smoke emissions. Compliance with emission values are also certified within our parts certificates.

My car has an automatic gearbox, will my vehicles performance still increase?

Yes of course, DTE’s PowerControl can also be used on vehicles with automatic gearboxes, dual clutch transmissions (e.g., DSG), or semi-automatic (e.g., tiptronic).

Do you offer chip tuning for motorcycles?

 Benefits

Vehicles are manufactured to cover the majority of driving styles. The ecus are constantly changing their map according to the short past driving style and cannot keep the sporty settings for ever after an intense driving. PBX is there for you to cover that feature, as it will always remember YOUR choice of driving style.

Lightning speed

If you were wondering if you could match the PBX function on your own, be noted that you could not beat electronics. It is physically impossible for the human body to process in same speed and only by trying so, you may harm the throttle cluster and other parts of your engine.

3 Modes

You may adjust PBX all they you like, by selecting between the 3 main modes and then by fine-tuning them, using the on-board buttons.

Gov Conformity

PBX complies with the 2014/30/EU directive and follows the CE and ECE regulations. Therefore, there is no need to inform governing bodies for it's installation, as there is no engine boost or vehicle's main features alternations.

PBX vs Chip

Chip Tining alters the engine's horspower and torque.
PBX tunes solely the throttle's response.

Vehicle's lifespan

Vehicle's lifespan is not altered using PBX.
Modern vehicle's need proper maintanance and vehicle-friendly driving style, no matter if it is sporty or economical.

Insurance concerns

As the engine of your vehicle remains standard after the installation of the PBX, your insurance coverage will not be affected.

Engine's emissions

AirFuelRations are not affected by the PBX, meaning that neither the engine emmision levels or the exhaust particle's filter are affected.

Fuel consumption

PBX alter's the throttle response and not the amount of injected fuel into the engine. So PBX does not alter fuel consumption by itself. However, together with the appropriate driving behaviour, improvement on fuel consumption is achievable.

Transferable PBX 

If you change your car and depending on the vehicle, we can certainly help you to keep using your PBX.
Installing and unistalling the PBX is quite simple.

Mode selection

Driver may change the selected driving mode even while driving, although special attention should be given in regards to not removing the eyes from the road.

What is EngineProtect +?

Under Engine Protect +, DTE introduces a brand new series of industry leading security standards. These continuously monitor engine signals and protect all the connected sensors which guards against ECU overload.

Do the engines emission values remain unaffected?

Yes, a major advantage of DTE’s current auxiliary control unit, is its compliance with the statutory and vehicle emission values. The engines combustion is improves in all operational areas which means that the fuel is used 100% efficiently. This also means that DTE can increase the performance of vehicles which aren’t fitted with diesel particle filters without any concerns. Compliance with the engines exhaust gas values is confirmed by the vehicle-specific parts certificate.

Does the ECU’s protection functions remain intact?

Yes, the protective functions of the engine management system are always maintained and the vehicle is fully diagnosable.

My vehicle already has high mileage. Will I still benefit from an increase in performance?

If a vehicle has been well maintained and serviced regularly, or even if it runs well but has high mileage, still makes it a perfect candidate for our performance enhancements.
